npnotes.dll and Notes Single Logon Service

It was recommended to me (by IBM support) to end the Notes Single Logon Service (nslsvice.exe) and to rename npnotes.dll to something (I usually use npnotes.dll.bak). This is ok for onesies but I plan on use Notes Smart Upgrade to roll this out and I find that solution prohibitive to that rollout. Therefore, the pmr is still open.
You can end Notes Single Logon Service with Services or by killing nslsvice.exe with Task Manager.
